If you are interested in learning more about geography and chemistry or are curious about natural phenomena, we welcome you to join the ‘Mineral Secrets 2024’, co-organized by The Geological Society of Hong Kong (GSHK), the Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change (MoCC), the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, CUHK and the Geoguy_HK.

The workshop displays the structure of minerals through augmented reality (AR) technology. Using relevant examples, participants can interact with various mineral samples and understand the relationship between the physical structure and properties of common minerals.
